Why it is a good idea to map your vagina for pain spots.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&#8217;ll need some coordinates, so imagine the following:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Divide the vagina into three zones:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zone 1 is the first few centimetres, equivalent to the 1st finger joint<\/li>\n<li>Zone 2 is the middle part, equal to the 2nd finger joint<\/li>\n<li>Zone 3 is the rest of the vagina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add a time coordination:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 o&#8217;clock is the clitoris<\/li>\n<li>6 o&#8217;clock is the rectum<\/li>\n<li>From 10 to 2: to be avoided;&nbsp;here you find urethrae etc.<\/li>\n<li>From 2 to 10: register your observations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recognize that the vaginal tissue consists of three layers. All three layers must be investigated by gradually pressing harder with the dilator. Do not touch too hard. Rate your pain from 1-5, 1 being no pain at all, and five complete agonies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Note your observations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Choose a dilator size possible for you to work with and utilize it while mapping your vagina.
