MEMBERSHIP TO WHEN LOVE HURTS SERVICE

When you purchase a membership, you are buying access to the When Love Hurts website. The membership automatically renews each month unless canceled before the renewal date. You grant us permission to charge the payment method provided.

You must have internet access and a device (computer, mobile, tablet) as well as a valid payment method that can be updated. To view information about your membership, visit “Member login/Your Account” on the website.

BILLING

Billing Period:
We bill the membership fee each month via the provided payment method. The timing of the billing may change under certain circumstances.

Payment Methods:
You can change your payment method by going to “Member Login.” If a payment cannot be processed, your access to the service may be suspended.

Cancellation:
You can cancel your membership at any time and will have access until the end of the monthly billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used months.

PRICE AND SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

We may change subscription prices, but changes will take effect 30 days after you have been notified via email.
